Melissa started NowAge on April Fools Day 2017 in Salem, Massachusetts as a way to offer a container of authenticity to the many curious folks who visit Witch City each year. It’s been a Fool’s Journey ever since, adapting and exploring new ways to create meaningful experiences that empower participants to question collective narratives, especially around the “occult,” and align with their own Truth. NowAge continues to work to redefine the possibilities of what it means to travel as light-beings here on Earth.

Melissa herself is a trained clairvoyant, queer witch, and intersectional history nerd with a passion for DIY learning. With a Masters of Education and years as an amateur comedian, she brings together a commitment to the “facts” with a keen ability to see the ridiculousness of said “facts.” She truly believes that people learn best when they’re having fun and feeling connected.

She loves working with individuals and groups alike. She’s hosted groups from around the world - offering intimate retreats, walking tours, and hands-on classes that explore our personal relationship with magic, history, and our own innate psychic-ness.

Her greatest hope (aside from having a swimming pool) is that All Beings Awaken to the Joy of Their Own Light.
